The research focuses on the societal and democratic implications of digitalization in Eastern Europe, particularly examining the cooperation between local governments and civil society organizations. It employs a gender lens to analyze how digital environments impact processes of societal democratic transformation, with a specific emphasis on outcomes related to gender mainstreaming.
